creates Brand World for
PPS. Imaging GmbH

PPS. Imaging GmbH has a “brand” new showroom. The large format digital print service provider can now exclusively showcase its products and services in a brand world in the foyer of its Berlin branch, frequently visited by many customers. The complex project was planned and implemented by ArtLab Studios in close collaboration with PPS. The Berlin-based agency developed a comprehensive concept for a permanent exhibition that places PPS’ professional industry solutions in the limelight for trade shows and in outdoor advertising, point of sale, PR activity and presentation concepts. This was preceded by a detailed analysis.

As a live marketing specialist with years of experience in the development of brand and theme worlds, ArtLab Studios orchestrated the individual segments and various products in a realistic and appealing environment. The focus was placed on PPS’ high-quality services which combine traditional craftsmanship with new high-tech finishing solutions. A world of digital printing has been created that appeals to all the senses, with a special focus on the Sign & Display segment. During the planning phase, ArtLab Studios took the company’s USPs into account as well as the specifications of the existing interior design, the paths taken by visitors and employees through the foyer, a special focus was given to PPS’ target vertical markets.

The project included both the development of the design concept and the construction of the PPS showroom. The service package also included cost calculation, print data creation including unlimited image usage rights, administration, preparation and monitoring of the construction, graphic design management, close cooperation in the printing and finishing process, project management right through to implementation and on-site assembly, budget control and project reporting. ArtLab Studios defined the vertical markets to be presented in the showroom together with PPS and developed graphics on this basis. Particular consideration was given to different printer and finishing solutions. Finally, an attractive lighting design for the space and exhibits produced the desired ambience in the PPS showroom. Regular updates are also included as part of the service.

The brand world will be used both as a showroom that allows customers to see and feel PPS’ materials and finishes, as well as a meeting place where projects can be discussed in close proximity to the products and services. In particular, visitors from businesses and agencies also use this presentation area to gather new ideas, to see new materials or to consider possible applications while they wait for their conversation partners. Designers and other specialist clients of PPS also bring their end user clients to the showroom for hands on discussions.
